final analysis of CPABVID project

Our CPABVID is an ambitious project since the beginning and I thought I was aware of the difficulties we were going to meet. However, there were many things that I did not expect -- both good and bad.

First of all, we had a clear structure of of the project using a combination of 3D and 2D video, we were following this structure until almost the last moment. We edited our 2D videos and tried to combine them with 3D. However, Yuming proposed to completely change the project to full 3D for a better and smoother effect, but at a relatively late time and that caused a major, extra workload and in a way changed our framing of the project. Although it was a big change and caused the lack of sound of the project, I was glad how the 3D manifestation of Cao Fei's work turned out to be. I'm also happy to see the comments made by my classmates because it seems to me that they all understand what we are trying to do.

After the presentation, we added sound and re-edited some parts of the video according to some suggestions and it turns out to be more than what I expected and amazing. In conclusion, although there were some mistakes and insufficiency, this project served as a challenge, practice, and experimentation of our craziest and most intriguing ideas. It also taught me the importance of team work and the possibility of change that would happen in every collaborative project.
